This apartment lies on the sixth floor with elevator. It is 50 square meters in size and composed of:
- A huge living room that can also transform into a sleeping area with a sofa bed (140x200cm)
- A separate bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and a small balcony
- A separate kitchen
- A separate bathroom with a combined bath and shower

El apartamento está muy bien por el precio, todo muy limpio y no echamos en falta nada. El sofá-cama es bastante cómodo para 2 personas. El edificio es tranquilo, el apartamento está en el último piso pero hay ascensor y no se oyen ruidos. Vecinos muy amables.
El barrio lleno de restaurantes y tiendas. tiene a 5 minutos 2 paradas de metro (Chapelle y Louis Blanc) y una de tren (Gare du Nord).

Clean, modern flat with small balcony on the top floor with view over Paris roofs. It has all the equipments we needed for our stay. Fully equipped kitchen, international TV and fast Internet. Located in lively, cosmopolitan area. Walking distance from the central train stations Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est.. The Lokappart team provided us with lots of information and a custom made welcome guide before our arrival, smooth communication and easy check-in. Great value for money. Highly recommended. Cons: The elevator works with a remote control. This takes 1 or 2 goes to get used to, fine afterwards
Location: Great variety of Indian and Bangladeshi restaurants, close to Gare du Nord so perfect for us coming from London
Great rental with Lokappart! The booking process on Expedia was a little tricky as it showed several different apartments and the pictures are all mixed up! Eventually we figured it out. Key handover was easy and quick - Niraj the Lokappart Rep was waiting for us at the flat and greeted us on arrival. He took his time showing us how various equipments work. The unit is relative spacious for Paris standards, it is actually nicer than on the pictures! We particularly liked the balcony, the fully equipped kitchen the fast Internet and English channels. Our kids said that the sofa bed was "comfy". The area is a lively one and very cosmopolitan, lots of Indian restaurants. We liked it a lot and felt safe, but some people may not. We will come back to this flat it is great value for money yet with good attention to service. Thanks, Logan and Marjorie.

Loved staying here for the week when my sister and I were in Paris. Very close to metro stations and about 5/10 minute walk to Gare Du Nord station. The apartment was more than big enough for my sister and I and everything was listed perfectly and was exactly how it was in the pictures. Any queries we had were answered straight away. Will definitely stay here again if we ever get the chance to visit Paris again.

Cozy apartment, great location in the city center. Only 5 minutes to Gare du Nord station. Kiosk/shops are opposite in the street. Absolutely recommended for guests who wanna be in the center of Paris.

The“Outstanding flat”advertised by Lokappart is indeed outstanding: a) Extremely quiet (Floor 6 with elevator) b) Unique balcony with unobstructed views on the roofs of Paris c) All inclusive. Lots of equipment for cooking and ultra-fast fibreglass Internet access Great location for travellers from Gare du Nord (Eurostar,Thalys) in a pleasant, friendly neighbourhood with Indian and Bangladeshi restaurants & shops. Mélanie sent me all the instructions in advance which allowed for an easy check-in. The flat itself is exactly as depicted, neat, bright with a lot of space in both the living room and the bedroom. I recommend this host and I recommend this flat. I have booked apartments with Lokappart twice already, this is the third time and I am very satisfied. very close to several metro stations and the Gare du Nord. the apartment is in the middle of a culturally diverse family-friendly neighborhood and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. the hosts are very responsive, you get your issues solved or looked at within minutes - a very high standard and I hope they will be able to maintain it. very professional indeed (Niraj and Erik - many many thanks!). the house rules are straight-forward, no hidden costs, unexpected surprises which I have experienced on airnbnb before. Check-in was very smooth thanks to Niraj's professionalism. the place is surprisingly quiet despite the fact that it is located in a lively and noisy neighborhood. You literally hear no noise at all with your windows wide open! a nice - though quite tiny - balcony to enjoy your book with a glass of cold rose after long office hours :) Great experience overall. Overall, we are happy and enormously grateful. many thanks!
A few basic very common-sense rules will apply for your booking. Please read them. Booking a property means you accept ALL of them.
On arrival we will ask for the guest’s ID, check it and take a photo (Valid ID’s are: passport, national identity card or driving license).
Check in and Check out
Standard Check-in is between 2pm and 8pm, Standard Check-out is before noon, all by appointment.
We can set a mutually convenient time after the booking is confirmed. If there is no previous or following tenant you may arrive earlier than 2pm or later than 8pm, or stay later than noon respectively. This needs to be validated on a case by case basis a couple of days prior to you arriving in Paris and is subjected to a 50 EUR supplement.
Early Check-in: Between 10am and 2pm
Late Check-in: Between 8pm and 10pm
Late Check-out: Between noon and 6pm.
For early/late check-in/out, there is a 50 EUR cash fee due on arrival.
The guest will be held responsible for any damage caused to the apartment either by themselves, their group or any other person they let into the apartment during the period of the rental.
Apartments in Paris are often located in old buildings where noise insulation is quite poor. Please respect the neighbors by avoiding being too loud (music, high heeled shoes, loud arguing, banging doors). If Lokappart was to be called by neighbors or others because of the guests noise levels between the hours of 11pm and 7am the entire security deposit will be withheld automatically.
Unsurprisingly: No parties are allowed.
Smoking in the apartment
We have a strict no-smoking policy for all our apartments. Smoking in the apartment (even with open windows) thus violates our rules. The full security deposit will be withheld automatically and used to wash curtains, sofa covers etc.
While basic cleaning is provided (and paid for) after your stay, the guest will still need to wash dishes and take waste outside of the flat before check-out. Any abnormal dirt (used pans, pots, severe stains on the floor, walls etc) will require extra hours of cleaning on our behalf and give rise to partial or full use of the security deposit.
If sheets, towels, pillows, duvets or other linen are stained the guest must inform Lokappart and Lokappart will withhold parts or all of the deposit to get the concerned elements cleaned by professional.
The apartment is rented ONLY to the person who booked or his/her group. The guest is not allowed to have visitors over (except for the occasional lunch/coffee etc). The total number of people in the apartment must not exceed the total number of people the apartment is advertised for at any given time. The guest is fully responsible for any person he/she lets into the apartment during the rental.
Unsurprisingly: No parties are allowed.
Mail and parcels
The guest will not be able to receive mail or parcel deliveries at the apartment, nor will the guest have access to the mailbox. The guest may consult Lokappart to find an alternative arrangement.
