• Is the apartment available for my stay dates?
Please enter your arrival and departure dates into the search engine, or check the calendar to see availability. If in doubt, please ask.

• What is the final price ?
The final price is indicated once you have entered your dates (including the cleaning fee)

• What time is check-in ?
Regular check-in is between 2pm and 8pm.
Early check-in carries an extra charge of 50 EUR and may be arranged, please ask for availability.
Late check-in after 8pm carries an extra charge of 50 EUR and may be arranged, please ask for availability. We cannot offer check-in services before 8am and after 10pm

• What time is check-out ?
Regular check-out is before noon
Late check-out after noon carries an extra charge of 50 EUR and may be arranged, please ask for availability.

• Can we leave our luggage after check-out ?
Unfortunately, we are not able to store your luggage at the apartment after check-out. Please visit city-lockers.com which provides luggage storage service that may help you.

• How does the private transfer from/to the airports work ?
Lokappart can organise a private transfer from CDG/Orly to your flat in Paris and return. The vehicule is either a limo or a Minibus (private) and can hold up to 8 guests. There is a flat fee of 130 EUR (200 EUR for BVA) payable by credit card, in advance. The chauffeur will wait for you after customs, help with luggage and drive you right to the apartment doorstep.

• Do you have air conditioning in the apartment ?
It generally doesn’t get that warm in Paris, even in summer. 99% of flats in Paris don’t have air conditioning. Currently 3 apartments managed by Lokappart have air conditioning.

• Do you supply baby cots ?
Lokappart does not offer baby cots. Please bring your own if needed. We can supply contacts for rentals.

• Does the apartment have high speed internet ?
Almost all of our flats offer high-speed ADSL broadband WIFI and cable internet.

• Do we have to pay a breakage deposit ?
Yes, a breakage deposit is needed. We can use your credit card (no debit, just pre authorization like for car rental).
