This bright and comfortable apartment is situated on the first floor (with elevator).
While being street facing the two streets concerned are small and do not generate much noise at all.
It is fully-equipped with all the comforts of home. You will be able to enjoy fast ADSL Wifi or cable Internet access as well as free use of a laptop and printer.
There is ample space for storing your belongings.
The cherry on the cake is the private car park available for €20 per day. It is located across the street about 50 meters from the apartment.
As you walk through the entrance door, you’ll find:
-To your right: the main living area with sofa, dining table, small office.
-Straight ahead: the kitchen
-To your left: the bathroom, the WC and the bedroom with its double bed and TV.
This apartment is ideal for 2 or 3 guests, the maximum capacity is 4. There is 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. A washing machine is provided.
You’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and a metro station within walking distance, providing you with easy access to all the attractions of Paris.
The closest metro stop is Daumesnil on line 6 providing you with easy access.
Access by car is very easy as the ring road (Périphérique) is less than 1km away (Porte Dorée). Gare de Lyon is less than 2 km away.

As I rented two flats yesterday and had the same positive experience in both, I will reiterate what I wrote a minute ago: Lokappart and in particular Niraj saved my life yesterday: First at 7pm I was stranded in Paris with nowhere to go and I needed 2 flats for 2 couples, but at 8pm ish, or just over 1 hour later I was checking in to a lovely apartment, despite Fashion week going on and lots of places having become unavailable. I have used Lokappart before and I just know now that they will respond at lightning speed and when the calendar says the unit is available, it really is AVAILABLE!!! Thanks Niraj! Gero

Location: Twice weekly fruit and vedgetable market near Daumesnill metro station, Bois de Vincennes for a stroll in the park, Chateau de Vincennes etc etc
We were lucky to find this one bedroom apartment close to where our Parisian friends live, slightly east of the hyper center in the 12th district. It is on floor 1, there is a supermarket on the doorstep and the metro stop Daumesnil is just 100 meters away, both of which make it very convenient indeed. The Lokappart rep met us on the agreed time and explained one or two details. While the unit is not refurbished, it has a lot of charm and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and very accessible to the metro to get everywhere. It was easy checking in and out and they were accommodating to checking us in later than expected because of flight delays. I would definitely stay there again.

Very good experience. The apartment was quite clean and well-equipped. There were TVs in the living room and bedroom in case you can't live without... The apartment is one floor up from ground level but faced a quiet street so there were no issues with noise. Recommended.

L'appartement est bien situé dans le 12 ème arrondissement très calme Metro à côté du logement boulangerie supérette et surtout le marché Daumesnil auvert mardi et jeudi. L'appartement est très propre et bien aménagé avec toutes les commodités Ont se croirait à la maison. L'représentant de Lokappart nous à bien reçu l'arrivée et il était disponible pour nous aider pendant notre séjour. Merci, nous reviendrons chez vous.

"Perfect stay ! Highly recommended"
The Lokappart team was very attentive, I felt very welcome after my long travel journey. Just after booking, I had received a welcome guide over email. This gave me all the information I needed regarding the flat and the area and allowed me to find the apartment easily.
I had a great time in Paris and this apartment was instrumental in achieving this: it is spacious, bright and located close to the metro. The location near place Felix Eboue it perfect to eat until late in the evening or to have a refreshing drink during the day. The apartment is fully equipped of course, the wifi works fine and in case you didn(t bring your own computer, there is a laptop with printer on site. The bedding is excellent, there is a functional kitchen with toaster and oven, the flatscreen TV is the largest I have ever seen. Clearly the flat itself is not modern, but I liked it that way and it felt like my home for a week. No doubt, I recommend this place!

I rented this flat for a week while visiting Paris and attending a conference at Univ. of Paris Diderot. The flat is in a wonderful location: a very nice neighborhood and near the metro. For me, it was about 20 minutes to take the metro to the conference and about 25 to walk. The flat is also good size, although I wish the designer had made the bedroom a bit larger by taking say a meter from the very large living room. It was also good value, and I'd rent it again.

The place is very nice and we like it a lot! The location is great, metro is 2 minutes from the flat. And the stations that are there can lead you to the top destinations in Paris.
The flat was very comfortable - the beds were nice, the kitchen big and you will have everything that you may need!

It is a one bedroom apartment with a triangular living room, small kitchen, a bathroom with tub and a separate toilet. The biggest USP with the apartment is its location with the Daumesnil metro station just literally 150 metres away. There is also a super market, boulangerie, pizzeria, bar, pharmacy and many roadside cafes just within a 200 metre radius of the apartment. Perfect place for a family of 3-4, since the couch in the living room can also double up as a queen size bed. It is not very close to Gare Lyon, which is a larger station, but the Metro line from Eiffel comes direct to Daumesnil.

I booked this flat for a friend of mine – Audrey and her fiancé. They debriefed after their stay and this is what they had to say: The flat is of good size for up to 4 guests, it has all the equipment you would expect...and more: We had a nice surprise finding a laptop and a printer which was handy as we needed to print our boarding passes for our return flight. Nice touch! The internet is fast (ADSL broadband) and reliable. It was also nice to have a TV, especially the second one in the bedroom. We don’t have this facility at home but really appreciated it during our stay in Paris. While we hadn’t asked about a parking space at time of booking, we found out one was available with the apartment at a modest supplement, and we took it! Knowing that our fully packed car was in a safe place at night gave us the extra peace of mind. Access is very convenient as the metro is literally 2 minutes walk away and we used the metro rather than the car for moving around in Paris. Shopping was not a problem with a G20 supermarket on the doorstep and a bakery around the corner. Following Lokappart's recommendation we tried the Italian and the Japanese in the area and we had very nice food. Lokappart and the team at Lokappart looked after us very well: They provided a map and advice on public transport during our check in meeting and most importantly they provided a clean apartment and fluid communication at all times. All in all this was a very pleasurable experience and we will do it again! Thanks a lot, Audrey.
A few basic very common-sense rules will apply for your booking. Please read them. Booking a property means you accept ALL of them.
On arrival we will ask for the guest’s ID, check it and take a photo (Valid ID’s are: passport, national identity card or driving license).
Check in and Check out
Standard Check-in is between 2pm and 8pm, Standard Check-out is before noon, all by appointment.
We can set a mutually convenient time after the booking is confirmed. If there is no previous or following tenant you may arrive earlier than 2pm or later than 8pm, or stay later than noon respectively. This needs to be validated on a case by case basis a couple of days prior to you arriving in Paris and is subjected to a 50 EUR supplement.
Early Check-in: Between 10am and 2pm
Late Check-in: Between 8pm and 10pm
Late Check-out: Between noon and 6pm.
For early/late check-in/out, there is a 50 EUR cash fee due on arrival.
The guest will be held responsible for any damage caused to the apartment either by themselves, their group or any other person they let into the apartment during the period of the rental.
Apartments in Paris are often located in old buildings where noise insulation is quite poor. Please respect the neighbors by avoiding being too loud (music, high heeled shoes, loud arguing, banging doors). If Lokappart was to be called by neighbors or others because of the guests noise levels between the hours of 11pm and 7am the entire security deposit will be withheld automatically.
Unsurprisingly: No parties are allowed.
Smoking in the apartment
We have a strict no-smoking policy for all our apartments. Smoking in the apartment (even with open windows) thus violates our rules. The full security deposit will be withheld automatically and used to wash curtains, sofa covers etc.
While basic cleaning is provided (and paid for) after your stay, the guest will still need to wash dishes and take waste outside of the flat before check-out. Any abnormal dirt (used pans, pots, severe stains on the floor, walls etc) will require extra hours of cleaning on our behalf and give rise to partial or full use of the security deposit.
If sheets, towels, pillows, duvets or other linen are stained the guest must inform Lokappart and Lokappart will withhold parts or all of the deposit to get the concerned elements cleaned by professional.
The apartment is rented ONLY to the person who booked or his/her group. The guest is not allowed to have visitors over (except for the occasional lunch/coffee etc). The total number of people in the apartment must not exceed the total number of people the apartment is advertised for at any given time. The guest is fully responsible for any person he/she lets into the apartment during the rental.
Unsurprisingly: No parties are allowed.
Mail and parcels
The guest will not be able to receive mail or parcel deliveries at the apartment, nor will the guest have access to the mailbox. The guest may consult Lokappart to find an alternative arrangement.
