Welcome to our spacious and cozy 80 square meter two bedroom flat near Gare du Nord, in the 10th district of Paris!

This charming apartment is situated on the fourth floor (with elevator) of a residential, classical Parisian building.

It is most suitable to a group of 4 to 6 guests and comprises :
-2 bedrooms
-1 living room
-1 separate kitchen
-1 bathroom with shower AND bathtub
-1 separate WC

The sleeping arrangements are the following :
-Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed + 1 baby bed if needed
-Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed + 1 fold-out single bed
-Living/Dining room : 1 fold-out single bed
(Please note that the extra single beds are more suitable for children’s up to 16 years old)

The apartment comes fully equipped and includes:

Access is indeed very easy, Gare du Nord mainline station is less than 300 meters away, the closest metro is Poisonnière station on line 7. If you are coming by car we recommend Porte de Clignancourt or Porte de la Chapelle as the exit on the periphérique.

We had a great stay at the appartment during our vacation in Paris. The appartmend is in an old Parisian House and everything has been nicly renovated, as you see on the pictures as well! Also everything was tidy and clean. The position of the house is in a side street so it is very quite. Although the metro is just a three minute walk away from the appartment. I can highly recommend the appartment! The communication with our host was very uncomplicated.

During my stay in Celia's apartment, I got to enjoy being a Parisien in the most comfortable way; The apartment is conveniently close to Gare du Nord, it's clean and has every facilities that I need like washing machine, cooking and eating utensils, and a separate bathroom and toilet which is perfect since I traveled with 5 (adult) persons. It's also a neat one, which made me feel almost like home. The elevator worked perfectly during my stay, and that's totally a relief because my group and I came with some large suitcases! Overall, I would really recommend this place to be a place of choice! I myself would love to stay there again if I'm given the chance to go back to Paris again. Thank you so much Celia (and Erik, part of the Lokappart team) for providing such a nice and comfortable place to stay. I do hope I could come back there again and repeat the experience!

This was a really great apartment and would probably stay there again. Very clean with great light. Felt like a little Oasis in Paris. QUIET street! (especially considering not many meters away is the extremely busy Gare du Nord train station). Convenient to the Gare du Nord main subway hub and Poissoinerre on the 7. Neighborhood is fantastic. Nestled between Maison Bleu, which is wonderful from a morning coffee until a late evening dinner and Chez Casimir behind the church. Wonderful Stay!

Very clean apartment with a small elevator. Carpeted stairs. Lock to the building, lock to the main ground floor door and lock to your apartment - so pretty safe. Big rooms. Beds and sheets comfortable. Beautiful toilet. Lovely living room. The apartment smells good and not stuffy. I came with my family and my sister's family (3 adults and 3 teenage boys). Walking distance to convenient stores, pharmacies, fast food and restaurant and the train. The hop-on-hop-off stop is across the train station.

This apartment was perfect to the last detail. The bedrooms are spacious and pleasant, the beds comfortable, there are dark curtains for the late sleepers. the living rooms is nice, the kitchen comfortable, and so is the bathroom. the toilet is separate from the bathroom. There was more then enough toilet paper, space prepared for guests in the closets and in the fridge. Everything was perfectly clean and welcoming. Our hosts were efficient and nice. All in all - a very pleasant stay, a sweet home to return to at the end of a tiring day.

We were a family of 4, with two teenagers and the apartment was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The apartment makes good use of space. It's in a very convenient location and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It was a pleasure to stay at this apartment and would love to stay there again if we return to Paris.

På forhånd fekk vi tilsendt ein fleire siders beskrivelse av leilighet, korleis komme dit, internet, nabolag mm Vi vart møtt av ein representant for verten i leiligheita som avtalt. Leiligheita ligg i 5 etasje og der var heis, men heisa var ekstremt trang, berre plass til en person. Gangavstand til Gare de Nord og flere Metrostasjonar og busser. Leiligheita ligg i ein eldre bygård, men den er nydelig modernisert og respektfullt pussa opp. 2 gode soverom med dobbeltseng. Ikkje mange gode sitteplassar for avslapping i stova. Greit nabolag med flere ok restauranter. Vi legger gjerne der igjen.

Notre hôtesse était chaleureuse et un plaisir de se rencontrer. L'appartement est très agréable, avec un lit et un salon confortable et une cuisine compacte très bien aménagée équipée avec beaucoup de tout ce que nous avions besoin pour cuisiner et manger là-bas, même des fournitures comme les épices, l'huile d'olive et le vinaigre, le café, les céréales. La salle de douche et baignoire était luxueux et bien fourni avec des savons, des serviettes, etc. Les chambres sont spacieuses. L'emplacement est commode pour Voyage et tourisme à Londres et à l'internet était rapide et facile à connecter. Le propriétaire avait des cartes et d'autres informations en tournée, avec un très beau livre de promenades pour chaque domaine. Le lit dans la deuxième chambre est un peu court pour un homme de grande taille (6 pieds ou plus) pour étirer, mais super pour une chambre d'enfant. Je reviendrai ici à nouveau si elle est disponible sur notre prochain voyage à Paris.

"Excellent on all aspects !!!"
Location: 5 mins walk from all transport facilities including open top tourist buses.
The flat was excellently decorated and in super condition. The bedrooms were huge size and accommodated family of 5 very easily. Small kitchen, but was more than sufficient for the purpose and fitted with all appliances.
We enjoyed the stay fully and highly recommend to anyone who would like to stay here. Definitely will stay here again ..

Very nice apartment and excellent service from Lokappart throughout the stay. The location is excellent as it is walking distance from the Gare du Nord train station. Also allows to enjoy Paris in a more "local" way as it is slightly off the main tourist areas. There are a number of good cafes and shops nearby. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. The interior is very pleasant: The two bedrooms are big! Perfect flat for 4 to 6 guests (we were 4). Would definitely recommend for a stay. Thank you Lokappart!

House Rules

A few basic very common-sense rules will apply for your booking. Please read them. Booking a property means you accept ALL of them.

On arrival we will ask for the guest’s ID, check it and take a photo (Valid ID’s are: passport, national identity card or driving license).

Check in and Check out
Standard Check-in is between 2pm and 8pm, Standard Check-out is before noon, all by appointment.
We can set a mutually convenient time after the booking is confirmed. If there is no previous or following tenant you may arrive earlier than 2pm or later than 8pm, or stay later than noon respectively. This needs to be validated on a case by case basis a couple of days prior to you arriving in Paris and is subjected to a 50 EUR supplement.
Early Check-in: Between 10am and 2pm
Late Check-in: Between 8pm and 10pm
Late Check-out: Between noon and 6pm.
For early/late check-in/out, there is a 50 EUR cash fee due on arrival.

The guest will be held responsible for any damage caused to the apartment either by themselves, their group or any other person they let into the apartment during the period of the rental.

Apartments in Paris are often located in old buildings where noise insulation is quite poor. Please respect the neighbors by avoiding being too loud (music, high heeled shoes, loud arguing, banging doors). If Lokappart was to be called by neighbors or others because of the guests noise levels between the hours of 11pm and 7am the entire security deposit will be withheld automatically.
Unsurprisingly: No parties are allowed.

Smoking in the apartment
We have a strict no-smoking policy for all our apartments. Smoking in the apartment (even with open windows) thus violates our rules. The full security deposit will be withheld automatically and used to wash curtains, sofa covers etc.

While basic cleaning is provided (and paid for) after your stay, the guest will still need to wash dishes and take waste outside of the flat before check-out. Any abnormal dirt (used pans, pots, severe stains on the floor, walls etc) will require extra hours of cleaning on our behalf and give rise to partial or full use of the security deposit.

House linen
If sheets, towels, pillows, duvets or other linen are stained the guest must inform Lokappart and Lokappart will withhold parts or all of the deposit to get the concerned elements cleaned by professional.

The apartment is rented ONLY to the person who booked or his/her group. The guest is not allowed to have visitors over (except for the occasional lunch/coffee etc). The total number of people in the apartment must not exceed the total number of people the apartment is advertised for at any given time. The guest is fully responsible for any person he/she lets into the apartment during the rental.
Unsurprisingly: No parties are allowed.

Mail and parcels
The guest will not be able to receive mail or parcel deliveries at the apartment, nor will the guest have access to the mailbox. The guest may consult Lokappart to find an alternative arrangement.
